The Organisers reserve the right to allot or not to allot space to any applicant without assigning any reason whatsoever. |

| 2. |
Stall will be handed over to the participants at 3pm onwards on 12th August 2010 and the participants shall remove all the exhibits/ materials immediately after closure of the exhibition by 11.30 pm on 16th August 2010. |

| 3. |
The removal of exhibits will be allowed only after all dues have been paid and relevant clearance certificate is obtained. |

| 4. |
Sales is not permitted in the exhibition except in specified stalls and unless written permission is obtained from the organisers. If the sales are made, it will be subject to local tax(TNVAT ACT) act which will be the responsibility of the participant. The organisers may ask participants to stop sales at any time without assigning any reason if it is considered necessary. |

| 5. |
No banners will be permitted outside the stall or anywhere at the venue (complex) by the exhibitors. |
| |
|
| 6. |
Participants should not use any nails/gum/adhesives/gum tapes on the walls of the stall. Participants are not allowed to change the interior/exterior facia layout /exceed booth height or change the standard format. |

| 7. |
No refund will be given under any circumstances for cancellation of booking. The organisers reserve the right to allot the space to any other participant in case of cancellation. |

| 8. |
5 sets of printed materials like the price list, catalogue, literature, etc. which is meant for distribution by the exhibitor to the visitors should be provided to the organisers before such distribution. |

|
| 9. |
Organisers have the right to take photographs, make sketches or film of any part of Electrica 2010. |
| |
|
| 10. |
No inflammable materials, Contraband or materials which are illegal & unlawful in nature should be stored inside the stall at exhibition site. |
| |
|
| 11. |
In the event of any violation or infringement of Rules & Regulations, Terms & Conditions, the organisers will have the right to close stall/s immediately without resort to legal proceedings or refund of any money to the participants in any case. |
| |
|
| 12. |
Should the organisers be forced to close down the exhibition due to force majeure eg. riot, civil commotion, mob, violence or any abnormal, unforeseen situations in the city, continuous load shedding, lock out, break down of the air conditioning unit, etc.... the exhibition shall stand cancelled and the participants will have no claim whatsoever for refund or damage against the organisers. |

| 13. |
Sufficient care should be taken by the participants while using paint or transporting materials as not to stain the floor or damage walls nor nails should be driven on the floors. |

|
| 14. |
Carrybags distributed by the participants should be of 20 micron thickness of virgin material as per TNPCB norms (we advise paper bags). |
| |
|
| 15. |
In case a stall is booked by paying initial advance amount and the balance is not paid by 31.7.2010 the organisers will have the right to allot such stalls to others and no refund will be made to the initial advance remitter. |

| 16. |
All disputes will be governed under Chennai jurisdiction only. |
