Dear Members,
We are planning to bring META Members Centrex Directory (Both Airtel and Bsnl) in the month of February 2012. Hence we request kindly fill up the below format and send to META Secretariat on or before 20.01.2012.
We further request kindly enclose the bill copy for the subsequent Centrex No along with your proof of address. (i.e.) TIN Certificate, Godown / Branch registration Certificate incase of Residence copy of Ration Card should be enclosed.
Centrex Numbers without proof of address will not be listed in our forth coming Centrex Directory and Executive Committee may recommend for the deactivation of Centrex Numbers without any pre-notice.
Your co-operation will help us in brining up the Centrex Directory in time. Kindly do the needful.
