A copy of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Letter No. D.C.I / 26408 / 2011 dated 03.11.2011 in the matter of availing the Samadhan Scheme as per the TNST (Settlement of Arrears) Act 2011 is enclosed for your information .
Members who are is arrears of tax etc and eligible for this one time Settlement Scheme can utilize this opportunity and get their pending dues settled. As stated in the Commissioner's letter, for further information, clarification or assistance regarding Samadhan Scheme they may contact their concerned Head of Assessment Circles or their Territorial Deputy Commissioner or Territorial Joint Commissioner.
