Dear Sir,

                           Sub: Sponsoring of Visitors Gift at “Electrica 2010” Exhibition.

                You must be aware that our association is conducting “Electrica 2010” Electrical Trade Exhibition during 13th, 14th and 15th August 2010. The Executive committee has decided to give visitor’s gifts to every 50th or 25th or 15th or 10th visitor visiting the “Electrica 2010” Exhibition depending on the number of sponsors. The Terms and conditions for sponsoring visitors’ gift are as follows:

1. The gifts will be presented to every 50th or 25th or 15th or 10th visitors depending upon the patronage for Sponsorship.
2. The minimum value of the gifts shall not be less than Rs. 100/- each.
3. The Quantity of gifts provided by the sponsors shall be 250 numbers.
4. The gifts shall carry the printed logo of “Electrica 2010” displayed prominently on the gift item.
5. Sample shall be produced along with the letter to get the consent of the secretariat before Printing of the visitor’s gift.
6. Members, Exhibitors and advertisers are requested to make use of the opportunity.
